THE AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD SHOW

For The First Time In Over 25 Years Pink Floyd's Legendary Rock Opera THE WALL - live in concert and in its entirety performed by The Australian Pink Floyd Show.

The World Premiere of an amazing new stage production including animation, lasers & inflatables. PLUS a very special 'greatest hits' encore.

"The Best Tribute Show In The World"
"They do Floyd better than Floyd" DAILY MAIL, London

"The Best Tribute Show in The World" THE TIMES, London

"I defy ANY Floyd fan to not punch the air in delight" LE MONDE, Paris

"They really are very, very good indeed" - DAVID GILMOUR

To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the release of Pink Floyd¹s seminal 1979 classic rock opera THE WALL, the live phenomenon that is The Australian Pink Floyd Show will tour North American venues this fall with their jaw-dropping World Premiere of Pink Floyd's legendary rock opera The Wall. A brand new performance of the complete album in its majestic entirety. Every amazing musical piece note-for-note!

The work has not been performed live on this scale for over 25 years, not since Pink Floyd toured it themselves. But now it is back, in all its glory, performed by the band that the London Daily Mail say, "do Floyd better than Floyd do themselves."

Having already wowed audiences Stateside over the course of the last four years, this magnificent new USA and Candian tour will be even bigger, even better, and an even closer replica of the epic rock that was a live Pink Floyd show at its most flamboyant.

A brand new sound and light show will bring "The Wall," arguably Floyd's greatest ever work, to life, with new animations, new lasers, new character inflatables, new stunning special effects but most importantly, the awesome soundscape that has blown the mind of millions of Pink Floyd fans across the world for the past 15 years.

The meticulous attention to detail of the musicianship every facet of Floyd's "The Wall" will be reproduced note for note, sound for sound by the fastidiously talented musicians - is what ultimately has kept the fans coming back for more. And more. And more. They just can't believe their eyes and ears.

Floyd's frontman David Gilmour has given the show his own glowing endorsement and here's a unique chance to hear again the likes of "Comfortably Numb," "Hey You," "Another Brick In The Wall," "Run Like Hell" and every other track on the album performed within the stunning context of the work as a whole.

Every night the show will conclude with a special Pink Floyd "Greatest Hits" encore.

    SINBAD

Actor and Comedian Sinbad arrived on the comedy scene with a “ hit’em in the face” style of comedy that has kept audiences laughing in the aisles for over the past two decades. He freely admits that he doesn’t knows any jokes, except for the ones that his dad told him “back in the day.” Sinbad tells stories, and boy does he tell stories! The basis of his humor comes from everyone he’s meets, everything he’s seen, and everything he’s done.

He’s able to take your painful trials or embarassing tribulations of day-by-day life, throw them back in your face, and make you laugh at it. He can make it happen without being profane. Not that he’s any kind of choirboy, but being the son of a preacher man he decided to keep his comedy clean after his father attended one of his early performances. Up to that time he had been ”semi-dirty.” Sinbad says that he learned that night that “funny is funny” and that masters of dirty comedy such as Redd Foxx, Richard Pryor and Lenny Bruce could all work clean when necessary, and not lose a step.

Sinbad is internationally known for his starring appearances in hit movies like “Jingle All the Way,” playing opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger; “Houseguest” co-starring the late Phil Hartman and let’s not forget his film debut, “Necessary Roughness” where he did none of his own stunts! He has starred in the televisions sitcom “A Different World” as well as his own series, “The Sinbad Show.” Entertainment mogul Quincy Jones sought out Sinbad to host the UPN’s networks first late night talk show, “Vibe.” Sinbad has even written a self-help book entitled Sinbad’s Guide to Life: (Because I Know Everything). Sinbad has drawn legions of fans from his HBO highly rated comedy specials; “Brain Damaged” (1991), “Afros & Bellbottoms” (1993), “Son of a Preacher Man” (1996), and “Nuthin But The Funk” (1998). His annual HBO music concert series (Oh! You didn’t know he was musical?) “Sinbad’s 70’s Soul Music Festival” received the prestigious NAACP Image Award consecutively for two years as the “Most Outstanding Variety Series/Special.”

    Live Nation presents

    JOE SATRIANI US TOUR '08
    PLUS VERY SPECIAL GUEST
MOUNTAIN FEATURING LESLIE WEST AND CORKY LAING

Joe Satriani, master of the electrical guitar, will soon complete his “education” of the masses with the announcement of the American leg of his current world tour! Joe returns to North America opening in Calgary October 3rd and ending November 15th in California. The tour will play 30 plus cities including Chicago, New York, Boston, Toronto, Cleveland, Washington, D.C., Dallas, and Los Angeles with more dates to be announced shortly. Satriani’s tour will feature very special guest Mountain with Leslie West.

This most recent tour has been in support of one of Satriani’s most exciting and unique albums to date, Professor Satchafunkilus and the Musterion of Rock. The U.S. portion follows successful tours of Europe, Australia, South and Central America, with sold out dates in London, Paris, Moscow, Milan, Amsterdam, and Sydney. Whether one is a longtime “graduate” of Joe’s live shows or a new, “freshman” fan, everyone can move to the head of the class with the Club Joe Meet & Greet Ticket Packages available for purchase online.

Over the course of his illustrious career, SATRIANI has achieved huge success, selling more than 10 million albums & DVDs worldwide with 13 solo albums (2 platinum, 4 gold) and 3 platinum DVD’s, as well as garnering 14 Grammy nominations. Over the last two decades, SATRIANI has traveled the world, playing to sold out stadiums. In 1996, he formed G3, a concert tour featuring three instrumental rock guitarists. The G3 tours have performed in the North America, Europe, South and Central America, Australia and Asia and have released three platinum concert DVDs. His 2005 worldwide tour rocked its way through 25 countries, playing 105 shows to over 500,000 people and logging in over 150,000 miles along the way. SATRIANI wrapped up this global trek in May 2005 by playing to over 20,000 people at three sold-out shows in India.

Mountain is one of those rare bands in the past thirty years that can be credited with forging a style and sound that would for ever change the face of Rock music. The innovative studio and live music of Leslie West, Felix Pappalardi, Corky Laing and Steve Knight, Mountain, is one of those elite examples. The combination of Leslie's unique tone and feel, Felix's studio production skills, Corky's powerful double bass drumming and Steve's keyboard textures, produced some of the best and memorable rock tunes ever, "Mississippi Queen", "Nantucket Sleighride", "Theme From an Imaginary Western", "Yasgur's Farm", "Never In My Life", "Blood of the Sun", "Dreams of Milk and Honey", all stand the test of time and are forever etched in rock history. These songs came from the classic rock albums, Leslie West-Mountain, Mountain-Climbing! and Nantucket Sleighride. Mountain only lasted two and half years but that's all it took to create their permanent legacy.

No other guitarist has approached the mastery of the Gibson that West has.
He coaxes sounds from a simple body, neck and pickup that seem impossible to duplicate. Of course, there is a secret to his style, and it's called 'feel'. West has some component of his being that allows him to meld with the guitar -- the man and the axe become one entity.

Mountain's latest cd release, "Masters Of War" is now available nationwide in record stores. The Dylan Tribute album is a great sounding album, mixed and mastered by the best in the business. This album pays homage to Dylan's song writing genius while Leslie and Corky add their signature sound to his classic songs. Ozzy Osbourne sings on the title track "Masters Of War" and Warren Haynes also lends a hand on two killer tunes. This is a "must have" for Dylan and Mountain fans.

    TYLER PERRY'S
    THE MARRIAGE COUNSELOR

Starring Palmer Williams Jr., A.T. Grayson, Tony Grant and Tamar Davis.

A marriage is one of the greatest institutions in the world. It transcends happiness, laughter and the gift of love. Our culture today is designed to create futile circumstances that are sometimes hard to overcome in marriage. The # 1 urban playwright in the country introduces his newest stage production, Tyler Perry's "The Marriage Counselor" to profile relationships that put the quest to the test and tells the story of how in the end "love conquers all" (or makes you smarter.)

However, before you get to the end, Tyler Perry the comedic mastermind of this genre presents stories of the essence of marriage i.e. we love, we trust and we get mad and we compromise! Roger Jackson is a hard working man, an accountant by profession. He takes care of not only his wife Judith but his weed smokin' pop Stanley and her retired bible totin' mom, TT. The two parents living in the same household do not get along. Judith, the professional Ivy League educated marriage counselor gives marital advice every day. But she can't get her own marriage counselor!

The scene switches to the married couples seeking advice. Shattered, confused and broken. Dr. Jackson has an answer for them all, but a turn of events causes the marriage counselor to need some advice once a certain college friend drops by the office! The surprise twists and turns are unpredictable after that. Who are the real marriage counselors? What makes your marriage sizzle or fiz? Tyler Perry's "The Marriage Counselor" transforms the art of marriage, life and family with this entertaining experience on stage. It is a reflection of what goes on in married life.

The 10th production by Tyler Perry is truly a must see event with new extraordinary singing talent that is amazing. Don't miss the 10th stage production! Mr. Perry, a writer, music composer, producer, director, actor, filmmaker extraordinaire has had 9 succesful stage productions and 2 collaborations since 1997! AND 4 hit movies; and one TV sitcom. CHAZZ PALMINTERI in A BRONX TALE

Chazz Palminteri brings 18 characters to vivid life in this gripping tale of a rough childhood on the Bronx streets. A BRONX TALE was first mounted Off-Broadway in 1989 and helped establish Palminteri as a writer and actor with a distinct voice. After starring in a feature film adaptation alongside Robert DeNiro, Palminteri brings his original one-man play to a city near you with direction by fourtime Tony Award winner Jerry Zaks.

A Note from Chazz: A BRONX TALE is a fictionalized story based on a true incident. When I was a young boy growing up in the Bronx, I witnessed a man shoot another man right in front of me while I was sitting on my stoop. At that time, I thought they were fighting over the parking space in front of my building. I never did find out what they were fighting over, but it doesn't matter now anyway. That incident was how A BRONX TALE began.

    THE FAB FAUX

The Fab Faux are without a doubt the most musically satisfying Beatles tribute band on the scene today. Boasting the high visibility of TV star/musicians Will Lee from The Late Show with David Letterman and Jimmy Vivino from Late Night with Conan O'Brien; five strong lead vocalists (including Rich Pagano, Frank Agnello, Jack Petruzzelli) and a commitment to the accurate reproduction of The Beatles' repertoire; this is the band to see if you want to know what it might have been like if The Beatles toured behind their later albums (with a healthy portion of the early guitar-based stuff that most tribute bands play.)

Imagine hearing complex material like "Strawberry Fields Forever", "I Am the Walrus", and "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite", performed in complete part-perfect renditions; or such harmony-driven songs as "Because", "Nowhere Man", and "Paperback Writer", reproduced not only note-for-note, but with extra vocalists available to achieve a double-tracked effect!

Since their formation in the spring of '98, the Fab Faux have created a buzz among Beatles fans in the New York City area; packing The Bowery Ballroom, Webster Hall, Irving Plaza, The Bottom Line, and The China Club with high energy shows; for an audience liberally sprinkled with fellow musicians, celebrities, and fans alike.

Apparently, people have taken notice, as the group was featured in a full-length profile on CNN that was broadcast all over the world on several of that network's programs; and participated in a CD of original material by Beatles tribute bands, recorded in London at Abbey Road Studios!

Since August '99, the group has performed multiple times in Liverpool, England, where they play three shows each year for that city's annual Beatle Week festivities, including outdoor concerts for over 35,000 people on the Apple-sponsored Yellow Submarine and Let It Be stages.

So, for Beatles fans (and music fans), the choice is clear: If you want to hear songs recreated that were written, arranged, and performed with a genius and talent sadly missing from today's music scene; if you're too young to remember what all the fuss was about; or if you just want to see one of the best live rock bands performing today, look no further than The Fab Faux....
