These rates include basic rental fee, building engineer, front-of-house management staff, box office advance and performance staff, ushers, porters, production manager, standard cleaning, marquee listing, local telephone service (two lines), in-house sound/lights (except for audio console and spotlights), utilities, police and standard security up to five hours.
Additional costs not included in the fixed rental and service packages above include stagehand labor, backstage security, spotlight use, additional equipment rentals or production needs, permits or licenses if required, additional security requirements, and ticketing charges.
INSURANCE
Renter is required to fully insure itself, its officers, directors, employees, agents and presentations, at its own expense for Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability (including Disability Benefits), Comprehensive General Liability (personal injury, including bodily injury; Property Damage; Theft and Fire insurance; Landlord and Tenant public liability naming Warner Theatre Operating Group; SFX Theatrical, Theatre Management Group, Live Nation Inc., Warner Investments, LP; Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty as additional insured.
Specific requirements for insurance shall be a part of the written agreement between Renter and Theatre.
STAGEHANDS - IATSE LOCAL 22
(These pay rates, effective 9/1/06, include the Pension, Welfare and Annuity fund benefit contributions required by the Theatre's contract with Local 22 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees. These pay rates increase contractually each September. Additional wage required under certain conditions including time-and-a-half on Sundays and certain holidays and 25% premium on recording/broadcast events.)
