WARNER THEATRE
DIRECTIONS

The Warner Theatre is located in downtown Washington, on 13th Street, between E and F Streets, N.W. at 513 13th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20004 —six blocks west of the MCI Center, three blocks east of the White House, and two blocks north of the Ronald Reagan International Trade Center.

Downtown Washington is the vibrant home of a multitude of arts and entertainment venues, attracting thousands of visitors every day. Traffic and parking availability are often unpredictable. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit.

BY METRO
The theatre is one block from the Metro Center stop on the Red, Orange and Blue lines. Take the 12th and F Street exit (follow signs toward the sales office). At the top of the escalator proceed straight ahead (West) on F Street toward 13th Street. Turn left at the corner at 13th Street. The theatre entrance is halfway down the block on your left.

From MARYLAND AND POINTS NORTH
Take I- 95 South. At the Capital Beltway (I-495) interchange, stay on I- 95 South towards Richmond and points east. Take exit 22 onto the Baltimore-Washington Parkway towards Washington. Take the exit that bears right for 50 West/Washington. This road becomes New York Avenue. Follow New York Avenue to 7th Street NW (from I-95, exit 22, to 7th Street is approximately 10.5 miles). Turn left onto 7th Street. About 6 blocks down is E Street. Turn right onto E Street. Six blocks over is 13th Street. Take right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the right. From SPRINGFIELD AND POINTS SOUTH (and Route 395)
Take Route 95 North to Route 395 North. Follow Route 395 to the 12th Street, NW exit. Stay in left lane on exit and follow to 12th Street. Follow 12th Street to E Street. Turn left onto E Street. One block over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the right. From BALTIMORE / ROUTE 295
Take the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (Route 295) towards Washington. Take the exit that bears right for 50 West/Washington. This road becomes New York Avenue. Follow New York Avenue to 7th Street NW Turn left onto 7th Street (this is approximately 10.5 miles from I-95). About six blocks down is E Street. Turn right onto E Street. Six blocks over is 13th Street. Take right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the right. From SOUTH ARLINGTON AND ALEXANDRIA (Route 1 and the 14th Street Bridge)
Take Route 1 North to 14th Street exit. Follow 14th Street to F Street, NW Turn right onto F Street. One block over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the left. From ANNAPOLIS AND THE EASTERN SHORE (and Route 50)
Take Route 50 West towards Washington. Follow Route 50, which turns into New York Avenue for about 9.5 miles from the Beltway/Rte. 50 interchange. Follow New York Avenue into Northwest Washington to 7th Street NW Turn left onto 7th Street. About six blocks down is E Street. Turn right onto E Street. Six blocks over is 13th Street. From UPPER MARLBORO, ANDREWS AIR FORCE BASE (and Suitland Parkway)
Take Suitland Parkway West to Route 395. On Route 395 follow signs to Maine Avenue and Richmond/Downtown exit. Take 12th Street/Downtown exit. Follow 12th Street to E Street. Turn left onto E Street. One block over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the right. From FREDERICK, GAITHERSBURG, POINTS WEST (and Route 270)
Take Route 270 South. At the Beltway (Route 495) follow the signs to Northern Virginia. After crossing the bridge, follow signs to George Washington Parkway. Take George Washington Parkway to the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. Immediately after crossing bridge, follow signs to Constitution Avenue. Follow Constitution Avenue to 12th Street. Turn left onto 12th Street. A few blocks up is E Street. Turn left onto E Street. One block over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre entrance is on the right. From CONNECTICUT AVENUE or 16th STREET
Drive south to H Street, NW (or to K Street, if on 16th Street). Turn left. A few blocks over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre is a few blocks down, between F and E Streets. From FAIRFAX, NORTHERN VIRGINIA SUBURBS (and Route 66)
Take Route 66 East toward Washington. After crossing the Roosevelt Bridge, take left lane exit to E Street. Stay on E Street past the White House and onto Pennsylvania Avenue to 13th Street. Take left onto 13th Street. The Theatre is 1 block up on the right.

From GEORGETOWN and KEY BRIDGE
Take M Street eastbound. M Street turns into Pennsylvania Avenue at the edge of Georgetown. Stay on Pennsylvania Avenue to 17th Street. Turn left onto 17th Street for one block. Turn right onto H Street. A few blocks over is 13th Street. Turn right onto 13th Street. The Theatre is a few blocks down, between F and E Streets.
